I have not received my item and cannot contact anyone

I’m starting to think I’ve been scammed. I placed an order 2 1/2 weeks ago which was apparently in stock and dispatched within 24 hours. I have received nothing. I have written several emails. I’ve realised there is no phone number on the website to contact anyone. Is this a scam?

Good quality beds but not much padding and go flat quickly.

Best dog bed ever!

My Labrador was a little unsure at first, mainly due to the sound of air being expelled as he gets on it. But now I can’t get him off it even when cooking, he prefers to watch from the comfort of his bed.
